Notices to the Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Securities pursuant to Paragraph 2(a) of the Securities, it shall notify the Trustee of the Redemption Date and principal amount of Securities to be redeemed. The Company shall notify the Trustee by an Officers' Certificate, stating that such redemption will comply with the provisions hereof and of the Securities, of any redemption at least 45 days before the Redemption Date.
