Notices to Vendors. In addition to the statement to be prepared by Seller and Buyer pursuant to other provisions of this Agreement, Seller and Buyer shall also prepare a statement which shall be delivered, at or soon after the closing, to vendors, consultants and any other parties deemed necessary by the parties to announce the transfer of the Property to Buyer.
