Notices to Warrant Agent. The Company shall cause to be filed with the Warrant Agent a copy of every notice or other communication sent to the registered holders of the Warrant Certificates pursuant to the Warrant Certificates promptly upon delivery of any such notice or communication to the registered holders of the Warrant Certificates.
