Common use of Notices under Material Agreement Clause in Contracts

Notices under Material Agreement. The Issuer shall deliver, or cause the Manager to deliver, to the Indenture Trustee, each Noteholder, and each Hedge Counterparty promptly, and in any event within fifteen (15) days after delivery or receipt by any Issuer Party, copies of all notices of termination, Default or Event of Default, suspension of performance or any force majeure event given or received pursuant to or in respect of any material agreement to which it is a party or any other material notices or documents given or received pursuant to or in respect of any material agreement to which it is a party (with a copy to each Rating Agency).
