Notices under Related Documents. (a) Each Secured Party agrees: (i) to deliver to Collateral Agent, at the same time it makes delivery to the Obligors, a copy of any notice of default, notice of intent to accelerate or notice of acceleration with respect to any of the Obligations subject to this Agreement; and (ii) to deliver to Collateral Agent, at the same time it makes delivery to any other Person, a copy of any notice of the commencement of any judicial proceeding and a copy of any other notice with respect to the exercise of remedies with respect to the Obligations subject to this Agreement.
