NOTICES UNDER THE AGREEMENT. 18.0 All written communications and notices between the parties shall be delivered or sent by prepaid mail, registered mail or facsimile transmission to the attention of the party at the addresses first written above, or any other addresses of which either party shall notify the other party in writing. Notices sent by prepaid or registered mail shall be effective on the date delivered and notices sent by facsimile shall be effective on the date transmitted.
