Notices; Waiver of Notice. Whenever any notice is required to be given to any stockholder, director or committee member under the provisions of the NRS, the Articles of Incorporation or these Bylaws, said notice shall be deemed to be sufficient if given by deposit of the same in the United States mail, with postage paid thereon, addressed to the person entitled thereto at his address as it appears on the records of the Company, and such notice shall be deemed to have been given on the day of such mailing. Whenever any notice is required to be given to any stockholder, director or committee member under the provisions of the NRS, the Articles of Incorporation or these Bylaws, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the person or persons entitled to such notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be equivalent to the giving of such notice. Attendance of a person at a meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting, except when the person attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting, at the beginning of the meeting, to the transaction of any business because the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.
