Whenever any notice is required to be given to any stockholder, director or committee member under the provisions of the NRS, the Articles of Incorporation or these Bylaws, said notice shall be deemed to be sufficient if given by deposit of the same in the United States mail, with postage paid thereon, addressed to the person entitled thereto at his address as it appears on the records of the Company, and such notice shall be deemed to have been given on the day of such mailing.
