Notices With Respect to Representations by Limited Partners. (a) If any representation made by a Limited Partner in Section 1.06(b)(i), Section 1.06(b)(ii), or Section 1.06(b)(iii) ceases to be true, then the Limited Partner will promptly provide the Partnership with a correct separate written representation as provided in each such Section.
