If any representation made by a Limited Partner in Section 1.06(b)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v)25 ceases to be true, the Limited Partner will promptly provide the Partnership with a correct separate written representation as provided in each such Section. The Partnership will give SBA prompt notice of any corrected representation received from any Limited Partner under Section 1.07(a).
