Notices; Written Modifications. (a) All Notices, demands, and other communications required or permitted to be given pursuant to this Note will be given in accordance with Section 11.03 of the Loan Agreement. (b) Any modification or amendment to this Note will be ineffective unless in writing and signed by the party sought to be charged with such modification or amendment; provided, however, in the event of a Transfer under the terms of the Loan Agreement that requires Xxxxxx’s consent, any or some or all of the Modifications to Multifamily Note set forth in Exhibit A to this Note may be modified or rendered void by Lender at Lender’s option, by Notice to Borrower and the transferee, as a condition of Xxxxxx’s consent.
