Notices; Written Modifications. (a) All Notices, demands and other communications required or permitted to be given pursuant to this Note shall be given in accordance with Section 31 of the Security Instrument. Any modification or amendment to this Note shall be ineffective unless in writing signed by the party sought to be charged with such modification or amendment; provided, however, in the event of a Transfer under the terms of the Security Instrument that requires Xxxxxx's consent, any or some or all of the Modifications to Multifamily Note set forth in Exhibit A to this Note may be modified or rendered void by Lender at Lender's option, by Notice to Borrower and the transferee, as a condition of Xxxxxx's consent.
