Common use of Notices; Written Modifications Clause in Contracts

Notices; Written Modifications. All notices, demands and other communications required or permitted to be given by Xxxxxx to Borrower pursuant to this Note shall be given in accordance with Section 31 of the Security Instrument. Any modification or amendment to this Note shall be ineffective unless in writing signed by the party sought to be charged with such modification or amendment; provided, however, that in the event of a Transfer under the terms of the Security Instrument, any or some or all of the Modifications to Multifamily Note may be modified or rendered void by Lender at Lender’s option by notice to Borrower/transferee.
