NOTICES, XXXXXXX AND DESPATCH OF DOCUMENTS. We will be considered to have accepted a notice given for the purpose of this Policy only if We receive the original copy of the written notice. Any notice sent by facsimile, email or other electronic means must be confirmed by the original copy. The date on which We receive the original copy of the notice and all necessary documentation will be considered the date of notice. We will only act on the notice after receiving the original copy of the notice. Every notice to Us must satisfy all the following conditions: (a) Given on the Company’s prescribed form (if any). (b) Contains all the required and relevant information. (c) Contains information which is correct and complete. (d) Supported by documentary proof which must be acceptable by Us.
