Common use of Notification and Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Notification and Cooperation. Each Party shall notify the other promptly upon receiving a request for information, claim, complaint or allegation relating to the other Party's compliance with applicable data protection and/or information security law in relation to Personal Data Processed in connection with this agreement. Each Party shall provide the other Party with all such assistance in dealing with and responding to such Enquiry as the other party shall reasonably request.

Each Party shall provide the other Party with all such commercially reasonable assistance in dealing with and responding to such Enquiry as Enquiry, but only to the other party shall reasonably requestextent the assisting Party is legally permitted to provide the requested assistance and a response to the Request is mandatory under applicable data protection or information security law.
