Notification by Administrative Agent; Additional Revolving Credit Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Borrower and each Revolving Credit Lender of the Revolving Credit Lenders’ and Potential Revolving Credit Lenders’ responses to each request made hereunder. Each Potential Revolving Credit Lender that elects to participate in such requested increase (a “New Revolving Credit Lender”) shall become a Revolving Credit Lender hereunder pursuant to a joinder agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its counsel.
