Notification by Administrative Agent or Incremental Arranger; Additional Lenders. The Administrative Agent or the Incremental Arranger shall notify the Borrower and each Lender under the applicable Facility of the Lenders’ responses to each request made hereunder. To achieve the full amount of a requested increase, the Borrower may also invite Xxxxxxxx Assignees to become Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Incremental Arranger, the Administrative Agent and their respective counsels.
