Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Lender’s determination under this Section no later than the date 15 days prior to the applicable Extension Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company Borrowers of each applicable Lender’s determination under this Section 2.22 no later than the earlier of (i) the date that is 15 days prior to the applicable Extension Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day)) and (ii) the date that is 5 days following the applicable Lender Notice Date.

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Revolving Credit Lender’s determination under this Section 2.18 no later than the date 15 days prior to the applicable Extension Date Deadline (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Lender’s 's determination under this Section no later than the date 15 days prior to such anniversary of the applicable Extension Closing Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Lender’s determination under this Section shall, promptly, but in any event no later than the date 15 ten (10) days prior to the applicable proposed Extension Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day)., notify the Borrower of each Lender’s determination under this Section. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Lender’s determination under this Section no later than the date 15 5 days prior to following the applicable Extension Notice Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).
