Common use of Notification by Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower of each Lender’s determination under this Section 2.12 promptly after the Administrative Agent’s receipt thereof and, in any event, no later than the date that is five (5) Business Days after the Lender Decision Date.

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower of each Lender’s determination under this Section 2.12 promptly after the Administrative Agent’s receipt thereof and, in any event, no later than the date that 60 days prior to the Existing Commitment Termination Date (or, if such date is five (5) not a Business Days after Day, on the Lender Decision Datenext preceding Business Day).
