Common use of Notification by Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower of each Lender’s determination under this Section no later than the date 30 days prior to the Existing Maturity Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day). Upon such notification, subject to the provisions of clause (e) below, the Existing Maturity Date of each Lender that has elected to agree to such extension (an “Extending Lender”) shall be automatically so extended without further action on the part of the Borrower or the Existing Lender(s).

Notification by Administrative Agent. Upon such notification, subject to the provisions of clause (e) below, the Existing Maturity Date of each Lender that has elected to agree to such extension (an “Extending Lender”) shall be automatically so extended without further action on the part of the Borrower or the Existing Lender(sd).

Upon receipt of the responses of the applicable Lenders, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall determine the date upon which the relevant extension, if applicable, shall be effective (the “Extension Effective Date”), which such date shall not (unless agreed by the relevant Lenders and the Administrative Agent) be earlier than ten (10) days after the Notice Date nor later than the date 30 that is twenty (20) days prior to after the Existing Maturity Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day). Upon such notification, subject to the provisions of clause (e) below, the Existing Maturity Date of each Lender that has elected to agree to such extension (an “Extending Lender”) shall be automatically so extended without further action on the part of the Borrower or the Existing Lender(s)Notice Date.
