Notification by Concessionaire Clause Samples

Notification by Concessionaire. As soon as is reasonably practicable the Concessionaire shall notify the Grantor of any actual or prospective Eligible Event of which it becomes aware (or the Grantor may itself notify the Concessionaire without prejudice to the Concessionaire‟s obligation to notify the Grantor) which will or is reasonably likely to give rise to any increased Capital Expenditures and/or Operating Expenditures and the Concessionaire shall provide such information as the Grantor reasonably requires in relation to the Eligible Event and any proposed increase in such costs.
