Common use of Notification by County of Anticipated Disruption Clause in Contracts

Notification by County of Anticipated Disruption. In the event that that the County anticipates a disruption, or potential disruption, to the Licensee's use of the Licensed Fibers or Interconnection Fibers due to maintenance or repair of the County Network, the County shall provide written notice thereof to the Licensee and use commercially reasonable efforts to schedule the maintenance to minimize any effect on the Licensed Fibers or Interconnection Fibers.
