Common use of Notification By Grantor Clause in Contracts

Notification By Grantor. Grantor shall provide MLBFS with prompt written notification of: (i) any Default; (ii) any materially adverse change in the business, financial condition or operations of Customer or Grantor; and (iii) any information which indicates that any financial statements of Customer or Grantor fail in any material respect to present fairly the financial condition and results of operations purported to be presented in such statements. Each notification by Grantor pursuant hereto shall specify the event or information causing such notification, and, to the extent applicable, shall specify the steps being taken to rectify or remedy such event or information.
