Notification by Security Provider. Each Security Provider must notify the Agent as soon as reasonably practicable after it becomes aware of: (1) an event which in relation to its property gives rise to a claim of US$250,000 or more under an insurance policy; and (2) the cancellation or variation for any reason of any insurance policy in relation to its property.
