Notification by the Purchaser of Breaches of Representations. If after the date of this Agreement and before the Closing Date: (i) the Purchaser shall become aware that there was a material Breach of Representations as of the date of this Agreement; or (ii) any event shall occur or any matter shall arise of which the Purchaser becomes aware which results or can reasonably be expected to result in a material Breach of Representations on the Closing Date; the Purchaser shall promptly notify the Seller setting out all details that are available to it, and the Seller shall make any investigation concerning the event or matter, at its own cost, as the Purchaser may reasonably require.
