Notification Costs. This coverage shall cover the costs of notifying third parties and LACERA members potentially affected by a data breach.
Notification Costs. Upon a breach of any party’s obligations under this Section 14, the non-breaching party shall be entitled to be indemnified by the breaching party from any loss or harm, including without limitation, attorney fees and collection costs, in connection with any breach or enforcement of the breaching party’s obligations under this Section 14. Each party will notify the other party in writing immediately upon any breach of this Section 14 of which it is aware.
