Notification of 75% of Maximum Contract Sum. 5.3.1 The Contractor shall maintain a system of record keeping that will allow the Contractor to determine when it has incurred 75 percent of the Maximum Contract Sum under this Contract. Upon occurrence of this event, the Contractor shall send written notification to Department at the address herein provided in Exhibit E (County’s Administration) to this Contract.
