NOTIFICATION OF ADDITION OR REMOVAL OF MATERIALS. Employees shall receive notice when materials are added to or removed from the personnel file, except for the addition of evaluations for retention, tenure, post tenure review, grievance decisions, copies of materials sent to the Employee via certified mail, and materials solicited from the Employee for the purpose of adding them to the personnel file.
