Notification of Addresses of Lending Offices, Etc. Each Bank and Designated Bidder shall notify the Agent in writing of any changes in the address to which notices to such Bank and Designated Bidder should be directed, of addresses of any Lending Office, of payment instructions in respect of all payments to be made to it hereunder and of such other administrative information as the Agent shall reasonably request.
