Promptly after receipt thereof, the Administrative Agent will notify each Revolving Lender of the contents of each Revolving Commitment reduction notice and each Borrowing Notice, and will notify each Term Lender of any prepayment notice with respect to the Term Loan Request and repayment notice Facilities received by it Administrative Agent hereunder.
