Common use of Notification of Advances, Interest Rates, Prepayments and Commitment Reductions Clause in Contracts

Notification of Advances, Interest Rates, Prepayments and Commitment Reductions. Promptly after receipt thereof, the Agent will notify each Lender of the contents of each Commitment reduction notice, Borrowing Notice, and repayment notice received by it hereunder. The Agent will notify each Lender and the relevant Borrower of the interest rate applicable to each Advance promptly upon determination of such interest rate. Promptly after notice from the LC Issuer, the Agent will notify each Lender of the contents of each request for issuance of a Facility LC hereunder.
