Notification of Advice Letter Filings and Periodic Adjustments. Whenever the Servicer files an Advice Letter with the NHPUC, the Servicer shall send a copy of such filing to the Issuer, the Trustee and the Rating Agencies concurrently therewith. If any Periodic Adjustment requested in any such Advice Letter filing does not become effective on the applicable date as provided by the Finance Order, the Servicer shall notify the Issuer, the Trustee and the Rating Agencies by the end of the second Servicer Business Day after such applicable date.
