Notification of Allegations or Findings of Misconduct. The Superintendent shall immediately notify the Board, in writing, of any arrest, indictment, conviction, no contest or guilty plea, including the disposition of any of the aforesaid, or any other event which could be characterized as official misconduct or breach of moral or ethical duty within seven (7) calendar days of the occurrence of any such event.
