NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN SERVICES. The contractor shall revise and distribute the information specified in Article 5.8 at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to any changes that the contractor makes in services provided or in the locations at which services may be obtained, or other changes of a program nature or in administration, to each enrollee and all providers affected by that change.
