Notification of Claim against Collateral. Promptly upon any Borrower obtaining knowledge thereof, such Borrower will give written notice to Lender of any setoff, claims (including, with respect to the Property, environmental claims), withholdings or other defenses exceeding $25,000 to which any of the Collateral, or Lender’s rights with respect to the Collateral, are subject.
