Common use of Notification of Claims, Demands, or Actions Clause in Contracts

Notification of Claims, Demands, or Actions. Each party hereto shall promptly notify the other in writing of any complaint, General Agency Agreement M1252 (2/2021) claims, demands, or actions having any bearing on this Agreement. The parties agree to cooperate in any investigation of any complaint, claims, demands or actions, including providing documents or other information as requested by the investigating party.
