Common use of Notification of Claims under this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Notification of Claims under this Agreement. Notices of Claims against the Sellers under this Agreement shall be given by the Purchaser and/or the Issuer to the Sellers specifying in reasonable detail the legal and factual basis of the Claim and the evidence on which the Purchaser and/or the Issuer relies and, if practicable, an estimate of the amount of losses which are, or are to be, the subject of the Claim (including any losses which are contingent on the occurrence of any future event).

Notices of Claims against the Sellers claims under this Agreement shall be given by the Purchaser and/or the Issuer to the Sellers Seller within the time limit specified in Clause 12.1, specifying in reasonable detail full information of the legal and factual basis of the Claim claim and the evidence on which the Purchaser and/or the Issuer relies and, if practicable, an estimate of the amount of losses Losses which are, or are to be, the subject of the Claim claim (including any losses Losses which are contingent on the occurrence of any future event).
