Notification of Claims under this Agreement. Notices of claims under this Agreement shall be given by the Purchaser to the Seller within the time limits specified in paragraph 2.1, specifying such information in relation to the legal and factual basis of the claim as is available to the Purchaser and reasonable details of the evidence on which the Purchaser relies and, if practicable, an estimate of the amount of Losses which are, or are to be, the subject of the claim.
