Common use of Notification of Claims under this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Notification of Claims under this Agreement. Notices of claims under this Agreement shall be given by the Purchaser to the Seller within the time limit specified in clause 12.1, specifying full information of the legal and factual basis of the claim and the evidence on which the Party relies and, if practicable, an estimate of the amount of Losses which are, or are to be, the subject of the claim (including any Losses which are contingent on the occurrence of any future event).

Notices of claims against the Sellers under this Agreement shall be given by the Purchaser to the Seller Sellers within the time limit limits specified in clause 12.1Clause 10.1 or Clause 9.6.4(i) in respect of claims under Clause 9.6, specifying full information of in reasonable detail the legal and factual basis of the claim and the evidence on which the Party Purchaser relies and, if practicable, an estimate of the amount of Losses which are, or are to be, the subject of the claim (including any Losses which are contingent on the occurrence of any future event).

Notices of claims under this Agreement shall be given by the Purchaser to the Seller both Sellers within the time limit limits specified in clause 12.1, specifying full Clause 10.1 and shall specify reasonable information of the legal and factual basis of the claim and a summary of the evidence on which the Party Purchaser relies and, if practicable, an and setting out the Purchaser’s reasonable estimate of the amount of Losses which are, or are to be, the subject of the claim (including any Losses which are contingent on the occurrence of any future event).

Notices of claims against the Sellers under this Agreement shall be given by the Principal Purchaser to the Principal Seller within the time limit limits specified in clause 12.1Clause 11.1, specifying full information of in reasonable detail the legal and factual basis of the claim and the evidence on which the Party relies Purchasers rely and, if practicable, an estimate of the amount of Losses which are, or are to be, the subject of the claim (including any Losses which are contingent on the occurrence of any future event).
