Common use of Notification of Confidentiality Breach Clause in Contracts

Notification of Confidentiality Breach. Upon a breach or suspected breach of confidentiality, the Contractor shall immediately notify the DOH Privacy Officer at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xx.xxx. For the purposes of this contract, “immediately” shall mean within two calendar days.
