NOTIFICATION OF CORRESPONDENCE CONCERNING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Contractor agrees to notify ETF immediately, both orally and in writing, but in no event more than twenty- four (24) hours after Contractor receives correspondence or a complaint regarding Confidential Information, including but not limited to, correspondence or a complaint that originates from a regulatory agency or an individual.

NOTIFICATION OF CORRESPONDENCE CONCERNING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Contractor agrees to notify ETF immediately, both orally and in writing, but in no event more than twenty- four forty-eight (2448) hours after Contractor receives correspondence or a complaint regarding a breach of ETF’s Confidential Information, including but not limited to, correspondence or a complaint that originates from a regulatory agency or an individual.
