Common use of Notification of Damage Clause in Contracts

Notification of Damage. The Supplier shall transmit to the Member any advice received by the Supplier that Underground Infrastructure has been damaged, immediately upon its receipt, to the Member at such Member’s emergency telephone number, as specified in the Member Information Form (Appendix A);
