NOTIFICATION OF DEATH. A. Upon becoming aware of the death of any person served pursuant to this Contract, Contractor shall immediately notify Administrator. B. All Notifications of Death provided to Administrator by Contractor shall contain the name of the deceased, the date and time of death, the nature and circumstances of the death, and the name(s) of Contractor’s officers or employees with knowledge of the incident.
