Common use of Notification of Defaults and Events of Default and other Notices Clause in Contracts

Notification of Defaults and Events of Default and other Notices. Each Lender hereby agrees that, upon learning of the existence of a Default or an Event of Default, it shall promptly notify the Agent thereof. The Agent hereby agrees that upon receipt of any notice under this Section 14.10, or upon it otherwise learning of the existence of a Default or an Event of Default, it shall promptly notify the other Lenders of the existence of such Default or Event of Default. The Agent shall also promptly provide each Lender with a copy of any notices which the Agent receives from the Borrower pursuant to Section 7.5 or Section 7.13.
