(a) The Current Issuer Cash Manager will cause each determination of Current Issuer Available Principal Receipts and Current Issuer Available Revenue Receipts (in accordance with paragraph 1(a)(i) and (ii)) and any Current Issuer Income Deficit (in accordance with paragraph 1(a)(iii)) to be notified forthwith, following the calculation thereof, to the Current Issuer.
