NOTIFICATION OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES. The Mortgage Manager must notify any Mortgagor or prospective Mortgagor with whom there is a dispute in relation to a Mortgage Document or an application for a Loan (whether in relation to a Defaulting Mortgage or otherwise), which is not settled promptly between the Mortgage Manager and the Mortgagor, of the Dispute Resolution Procedures.
