Common use of Notification of Dispute Clause in Contracts

Notification of Dispute. If a Party claims that there exists: (a) any dispute or difference of opinion between the Parties; or (b) the absence of agreement by the Parties, about a matter which arises out of or relates to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, validity or subject matter thereof, or as to any related claim in restitution or at law, in equity or pursuant to any statute (Dispute), then that Party must notify the other Party of the Dispute.
