Notification of Disputes. (a) If any Claim, dispute or question (Dispute) arises between the Parties under this Agreement, any Party may give to the other Party a notice in writing (Dispute Notice) specifying reasonable details of the Dispute and referring it for resolution in accordance with this clause 19. (b) Unless otherwise expressly provided to the contrary in this Agreement, a Dispute must be resolved in accordance with this clause 19.
