Common use of Notification of Disqualifying Disposition Clause in Contracts

Notification of Disqualifying Disposition. If any Employee shall make any disposition of shares of Stock issued pursuant to the exercise of an ISO under the circumstances described in section 421(b) of the Code (relating to certain disqualifying dispositions), such Employee shall notify the Company of such disposition within ten (10) days thereof.

If any Employee Optionee shall make any disposition of shares of Stock Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of an ISO under the circumstances described in section 421(b) of the Code (relating to certain disqualifying dispositions), such Employee Optionee shall notify the Company of such disposition within ten (10) days thereof.

If any Employee Holder shall make any disposition of shares of Stock Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of an ISO under the circumstances described in section 421(b) of the Code (relating to certain disqualifying dispositions), such Employee Holder shall notify the Company of such disposition within ten (10) days thereof.

If any Employee shall make any disposition of shares of Stock Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of an ISO Incentive Stock Option under the circumstances described in section Code Section 421(b) of the Code (relating to certain disqualifying dispositions), such Employee shall notify the Company of such disposition within ten (10) days thereof.
