NOTIFICATION OF ESTIMATED QUANTITIES OF METAL REQUIRED BY THE PURCHASER. (a) The Purchaser agrees to purchase and the Supplier agrees to supply, in each Contract Year, in accordance with the terms hereof, a quantity of Metal which is no less than the Minimum Annual Purchase Quantity for such Contract Year.
