NOTIFICATION OF ESTIMATED QUANTITIES OF METAL SUPPLIED BY THE SUPPLIER. (a) The Supplier shall have no obligation to supply Metal in a Contract Year in excess of the Maximum Annual Supply Obligation for such Contract Year, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties hereto.
