NOTIFICATION OF GUARANTOR. The Licensor reserves the right to contact the Guarantor for revocation of this License Agreement. Licensee expressly authorizes and consents to Licensor's right to contact the Guarantor. Licensee waives any rights and/or remedies it may have against Licensor as a result of Licensor directly contacting Guarantor for this purpose.
